Educational Requirements

Aspirants should have Graduates in Science, Arts, Commerce and others with minimum 55% & 50% marks from well recognized University/ Institute.

Experience Required

For Branch Manager Candidates should have minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in any reputed Commercial / Co-op Bank as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager of a medium / large size branch. For Assistant Branch Manager Aspirants must have minimum of 3 years experience in any reputed Commercial / Co-op Bank as an Officer / Assistant Manager of a small size branch.

Age limitation

Applicants’ age should not be more than 24 years as on 31st March 2015. Reservation in age is for SC/ ST candidates are 05 years as per guidelines of Government of India/ RB.

Application Fee

Aspirants (General category) need to deposit application fee of Rs. 300/- and SC/ ST category candidates need to pay fee of Rs. 150/- at any branch of Catholic Syrian Bank in Kerala by cash/ account transfer or at any other Bank by RTGS/ NEFT.

Way of Hiring

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in Test, Group Discussion/ Essay Writing and a Personal Interview.

Pay Details

Candidates will get monthly salary of Rs. 7200- 19300/- as per IBA wage settlement scheme.
