Academic Qualification:

Aspirants must possess Graduation or Post Graduation Degree from any recognized University/Institute.

Post name with salary details:

Post name	Salary
State Project Manager	Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month
Programme Manager	Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month
Young Professionals	Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month
District Manager	Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month
block manager	Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30000/- per month

Age Limitation Details

For District and Block level professional Post job seeker’s age must be 40 years as on 01st October 2015. And For Young Professionals contender’s age must be 30 years as on 01st October 2015. For state level position no age limit apart from Young Professionals. 

Relaxation is available 03 years for OBC candidates, 05 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Method

Candidates will be appointed on the basis of their performance in Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
