Educational Qualification: 

Applicants must have MBBS / Dental / Ayush / Alied Health Science + PG in public health / PG Diploma in public health or PG Degree/ Diploma in Health Management/ Hospital Management from recognized university or institute with good academic records.

Age Limitations: 

Age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not above 64 years as on 01st January 2015. Relaxation will be given to the reserved categories as per rule govt. of India.

Application Fee: 

Application fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ PH and the Candidates get salary below Rs. 25000 should be Rs. 200/- and for others Rs. 400/-. Application fee for the candidates get the salary above Rs. 25000 and SC/ST/Women and PH candidates should be Rs. 325 and for other Rs. 650/- in the form of demand draft.

Appointment Process: 

Candidates Selection will be based on their performance in these steps:

Experience	10 marks (2 marks for each year)
Interview/ Skill Test	25 marks
