Educational Requirements with Experience: 

Post Name	Academic required	Experience
Advisor	First level University degree in Computer Science / Information Technology. Advanced University degree / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized university. Project Management Professional (PMP) / (PGMP) Certificate or equivalent IPMA or AIPM certification.	Should have a minimum of -12- years of professional experience in the field of IT in BFSI Sector, out of which at least -5- years should be in Programme Management in large Enterprise and large and complex projects which involves business transformation. Should posses excellent communication and leadership skills.
Security Advisor	An Ex-IPS Officer, retired from the service on satisfactory completion of tenure either on attaining the age of superannuation, VRS or Resignation and not below the rank of DIG.	-

Age limitation with Salary Scale:

Advisor	Annual compensation of Rs. 36.00 Lakhs subject to deduction of taxes as applicable and the same shall be paid on monthly basis equivalent to 1/12th of annual compensation subject to deduction of taxes as applicable.	Min-40 Years Max-50 Years
Security Advisor	Inclusive annual compensation of Rs. 12.00 Lakhs subject to deduction of taxes as applicable and the same shall be paid on monthly basis equivalent to 1/12th of annual compensation subject to deduction of taxes as applicable.	Must not be above age of 65 years

Way of Hiring: 

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in personal interview to assess knowledge and experience of the candidate in the areas of Information Technology, Project portfolio management, Global method for Project Management, Problem Solving Skill and Communication skills, etc.

Mark-sheets & certificates for all educational qualifications etc.
