Educational Qualification:

Discipline	Qualification
Architecture Services	Graduate degree in Architecture with knowledge of planning and design of specialized large scale buildings and complexes including health care facilities.
Structural Design Engineering	Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space frames, columns, foundations, design, STAAD & AUTOCAD
Project Management & Site Supervision	Graduate in Civil Engineering with knowledge of project management including Multi Project co-ordination, publishing and finalizing.
Public Health/Plumbing Services	Graduate degree in Civil Engineering having knowledge of planning, designing, preparation of BOQ and cost estimate for public health engineering works such as Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage, and Sanitary.
MEP	Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution and completion of MEP work (HVAC, PHE, Electrical), preferably of hospitals, hotels etc.
Procurement	Graduate in Engineering and should have knowledge of bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support etc.
Medical	MBBS/MD/MS with specifications and planning of medical equipments for hospitals and medical colleges to be empanelled as Consultants.
GMP/GLP	MBBS/PhD/Graduate in Engineering/Pharmacy with sound knowledge in setting up of laboratories/vaccine.
IT	Graduate in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering with knowledge of computer networking, system integration, software development/implementation
Business Development	Graduate in Engineering preferably with MBA
Finance & Corporate Affairs	CA/ICWA having specialization in finalization of balance sheet, internal/statutory/CAG audits, Taxation matters, Company Law matters.
Human Resource Management	MBA (HR) knowledge of HR functions including Performance Management, Training & Development.
LIASION	Graduate with specialization in liaising with various government authorities viz NDMC, DUAC, Fire authorities etc.
Corporate Communications	Graduate with Post graduate diploma in Mass Communication /Corporate Communication / Journalism/MBA

Preference will be given to the Candidates having experience in relevant field

Age Limit:
