Selection Process for RITES Ltd Recruitment:
For S.No. 1 & 2
- Firstly Merit list will be prepared on the basis of their performance in GATE-2016 exam. After that, shortlisted candidates will be called for medical examination, GD and personal interview.
- Merit list weight age distribution as follow:-

For S. No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11:
- Appointment of the candidates will be based on scrutiny of documents and shortlisted for interview.
- Candidates who called for interview must be found medically fit in the Medical Examination to be conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
- You may be attending your interview either in Hindi or English.
For S.No. 11:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks in the written test or in interview and other which will be conducted by organization.

Candidates who are applying for RITES Career have to follow the instruction mention below:-
For S. No. 1 & 2 post:
- First of all, you need to visit the official website of the organization that is www.rites.com.
- Then, you have to hit on “Vacancies” link under “Career” tab at menu bar of the home page.
- Now, you required to select “Recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) through GATE – 2016” link to read the notification.
- After reading the notification you need to press “Online Registration” link under “Career” tab at menu bar of the home page.
- Now, you have to first register yourself to get the application form.
- After registration log in again and fill the online application form in an appropriate manner with complete detail and submit it.
- After submit it, you have to generate your challan form and paid to the nearest bank branch within the generation of 72 hrs of challan.
- At last, you have to take a soft copy of application form for further use and bring the 1 self attested copiy of application form and the documents have to bring at the tim of interview if called.
For S.no. 3, 4 & 5 post:
- Firstly you have to go on its official website that is www.rites.com.
- Then, move to “Career” tab and hit on “Vacancies” to read the notification for which you want to apply.
- After that, download the application form mention in the notification.
- Fill the application form in an appropriate manner and attach all the documents that are mentioned below.
- At last, you need to bring all documents or testimonials to appear for an interview at specify date, time and venue.
For remaining Post:
- Candidates have to log in to official website of the organization that is www.rites.com.
- Then, move to “Vacancies” link under “Career” tab at the menu bar of the home page.
- After that, you need to select your notification for which you wish to apply for and read the instructions or guidelines carefully.
- Now, you need to hit on “Online Registration” link under “Career” tab at menu bar of the home page.
- Then, fill registration form and log in again to fill an Online Application form.
- After filling of application form you need to submit it.
- At last take a print out of the submit application form for further reference and you need to attach the self attested documents mentioned below with application form which is to be bring at the time of interview and to be send to the given address.
