Qualification:
Applying candidates must have done MBBS or its
equivalent from an acknowledged university/institution.
Age
Criteria:
Candidates’ age should be minimum 21 years and should
not exceed 40 years.
Salary
Scale Info:
Selected candidates will be appointed to MO/Asst
Surgeon position and will receive a pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- along with
Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-.
Application
Fees:
Aspirants those who belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC category of
Madhya Pradesh have to pay Rs.100/- along with processing charges of Rs.40/-.
Mode
of payment:
Aspirants may deposit the fee through Kiosk or Debit
Card/ Credit Card or through Net Banking facility provided by State Bank of
India or Union Bank.
Selection
Process:
First, application forms will be screened on aspirants’
qualification basis and after that selected contenders will be called for
interview.
However, if number of application forms will be greater
than 500, then first written test will be conducted by selection authority and
after that shortlisted contenders will be called for interview round.

www.mppsc.com & www.mppsc.nic.in
Follow “What’s New” link on left panel of home page.
After pressing this link, select “RECRUITMENT
ADVERTISEMENT NO. 01/CHAYAN/2015/26-03-2015 [POST OF INSURANCE MEDICAL
OFFICER/ASSISTANT SURGEON” tab and read MPPSC Recruitment advertisement
carefully.
After reading all eligibility conditions, apply for
MPPSC online application form.
Applicants are required to fill application form in pre
scribed format with all essential details and have to scan recent passport size
photo and signature.
After filling the form candidates have to make the
payment through Kiosk.
Contenders are requested to check all fields very
carefully and press on to “Submit” button.
After submission of application form, at last
candidates can take printout of submitted application form.
