Essential Qualification:

Applying aspirants must have 10+2 or its equivalent and typing speed on computer of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi for Assistant (General/ Stores & Purchase).

Candidates should possess 10+2 or its equivalent with Commerce as one of subjects of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi for Junior Stenographer.

Age Limit:

Age of aspirants should not be less than 28 years as on last date for receipt of applications.

Relaxation in age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and women etc. will be as per Government of India rules

Salary Structure:

Contenders will receive pay of Rs. 5200 – 20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.1900/- for Assistant and Rs.5200 – 20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/- for Junior Stenographer.

Application Fee:

Aspirants need to deposit fee of Rs. 100/- in form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, CSIR & payable at Bhavnagar.

Selection Process:

Selection process to post of Assistant will be made on basis of their performance in written Test, Typing, Interview and Competitive Proficiency Test for Junior Stenographer.

The prescribed application form may be obtained free of cost from the CSIR-CSMCRI Gijubhai Badheka Marg, Bhavnagar — 364 002 by sending a request along with a self-address duly stamped envelope (Rs.10) (size 11″ X 5″) that should be arrive at Section Officer (R&A), CSIR before 24th April 2015.

Candidates need to fill the applications form in all respects & paste a passport size photo graph on space indicated there.

Attach all required testimonials such as educational certificates, mark-sheets, caste certificate, experience certificate, application fee etc.
