Required Education:

Candidates applying for SEP Instructors post under “SEPI RETD SCHEME” must be a Retired Air India cabin crew with at least 3 years experience and those who are applying for SEP Instructors post under “SEPI NIAF SCHEME” shall be a Permanent Air India Cabin Crew not in active flying (Permanently medically unfit, etc.) with at least 3 years experience.

Age Limitations:

Age criteria for all category appliers applying for SEP Instructors post under “SEPI RETD SCHEME” must be of 70 Years of age and those who are applying for SEP Instructors post under “SEPI NIAF SCHEME” should be attaining 53 Years of age as on 01st January, 2016.

Salary Structure:

For SEP Instructors post under “SEPI RETD SCHEME”: During the period of training, selected job appliers will be paid remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-. On acquiring approval from DGCA they will be eligible for remuneration of Rs. 75,000/-. offered by Air India Limited.

For SEP Instructors post under “SEPI NIAF SCHEME”: candidates who will be selected for this post will get the suitable amount of salary as per Air India directives.

Selection Process:

Selection of applicants for the stated posts will be solely based on their performance in the interview process.
