Educational Qualification:

Retired/In-service, Chief Engineer (Central or State Govt.) having experience in Infrastructure Development works; or -Retired/ Inservice, Engineer with at least 3 years experience in the post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent (Central or State Govt.) having experience in Infrastructure Development works.

Candidates must have Graduate Engineer (Civil)/ with DCA/ B.E.(CS)/B.Tech(CS)/MCA from the recognized university or institution.
