Post Name and Qualification Requirement:

01	Sr Research Associate/ Research Coordinator	Post Graduate in Management in Marketing/ Communications /Social science/Psychology/ or equivalent.
02	Junior Research Fellow (JRF)	Post Graduate degree in Engineering or Graduate degree in Engineering and GATE qualification
03	Senior Administrative Officer	First class Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution. Candidates having MBA or equivalent qualification in management or LL.B will be preferred.
04	Estate Manager (contract)	First class B.Tech or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or Post Graduate in Management

Limitation of Age:

Age of the applicants who are going to appear interview for Senior Administrative Officer should not be more than 50 years and 45 years for Estate Manager (contract) post.

Scale of Pay:

Sr Research Associate/ Research Coordinator	Rs. 6, 00,000 – 8, 00,000 P.A
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)	Rs. 25, 000- 28, 000/- (subject to revision as per DST rules). No other allowances or benefits are admissible.
Senior Administrative Officer	Rs.50, 000/- (all inclusive) per month.
Estate Manager (contract)	Rs.40, 000/- (all inclusive) per month.

Selection Process

Engagement of the contenders will be based on personal interview and no T.A. will be paid to the candidate which will be conducted by the selection committee of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Post:

Job seekers who are willing to apply for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post must send ALL the following documents latest by February 22, 2016.

A one page cover letter describing background and candidate’s suitability for the job

A one-page write up elaborating relevant knowledge, experience and skill-sets of the

candidate for the job role

Curriculum Vitae

Reference letter from at least one referee highlighting candidate’s suitability for the job

For Senior Administrative Officer and Estate Manager (contract) Post:

Applicants must have to prepare updated resume including all recent detail such as name, age, gender, address, qualification, experience etc and send it through e-mail, mentioned below on or before 15th February 2016 by 5.30 pm.
