Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Essential Qualification:

Appliers must have Master of Science in Physics/ Astronomy with minimum 65% marks from a recognized University. The applicant must show evidence of at least ONE published research paper in international astronomy/ physics research journal of repute OR NET/ SET/ GATE qualification. At least, two years of relevant previous research experience in radio astronomy is also essential.

Salary Details:

Those who will be appointed against this recruitment they will attain salary of Rs. 28,000/- (As per DST, Govt. of India Rules and Regulation)

Selection Process:

Applicants are required to appear in walk-in interview and the selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in interview that will be conducted by the selection panel of NCRA.

Interested applicants should report 60 minutes before the scheduled time of the interview and submit a detailed CV. The original certificates, mark sheets and preprint of any published research work are to be presented before the Selection Committee on the day of the interview.
