Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission has broadcasted an employment notification entitled as GSBTM Recruitment. Online applications are invited from Indian citizen to fill up 12 posts of junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) at various locations in India. Organization is appointing dynamic result oriented and skilled candidates through GSBTM Recruitment 2016. Essential Qualification:

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Appliers must have Minimum Post graduation Degree in Biotechnology or any branch of life sciences/biological sciences or graduate degree in engineering in biotechnology/ biological sciences Or Post-Graduate degree in professional courses with Biotechnology.

For Research Associate (RA): Minimum Post-graduation in Computer Science /Bioinformatics or allied areas with minimum 3 years of experience OR Ph.D. in Computer Science/ Bioinformatics or allied areas.

Age Limitation:

The Criteria of age limit will be decided by the selection committee of Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission.

Pay Scale:

• Selected candidates for Junior Research fellow (JRF) will get Rs. 12,000/- + HRA in case of Minimum Post graduation in Biotechnology or any branch of life sciences/biological sciences. Or Rs. 14000/- + HRA, in case of professional courses with biotechnology or graduate degree in professional course with Biotech.
• Appointed candidates for the post of Research Associate (RA) will receive Rs. 24000/- + HRA in case Ph.D. Or Rs. 23000/- per month, for Non-Ph.D candidates

Method of Selection:

The organization will conduct an interview for the appointment of the contenders. Interview will be conducted by the selection committee of Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission.

• Then hit the “Recruitment” tab available at right side in the menu bar of the website.
• After that select “New Vacancy in projects” link.
• Now read the all directives provided in the official notification.
• After that applicants are advised to have latest bio-data, recent passport size photograph, copies of mark sheets/certificates or any other relevant paper at the time of online form filing.
• The aforesaid documents are required to upload in the application form.
• Then choose your proffered location and tick in the given box.
• After that hit “Hit Here” button.
• Then read the all “Roles and Responsibility” provided in the advertisement.
• After that appliers need to press on “JRF/ RA” button given in the “Apply” column.
• Now read the instructions for filling the online form.
• After that tick in the declaration box and hit “Accepted” button.
• Now fill your application form with the all mandatory details.
• Then upload your scanned photo graphs and signature & all required documents in the form.
• After that tick in the declaration box and press on “Submit” button.
• On successfully submission of application take print out for future use.
