Educational Qualifications with Pay Scale:

Private Secretary	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with a Diploma Certificate in Stenography Shorthand in English with minimum speed 120 wpm in shorthand and 50 wpm typing speed on a computer. Due weightage will be given Law Graduate.	PB-4, Rs.12000-40,000/- + GP of Rs.5900/-
Senior personal Assistant	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with a Diploma Certificate in Stenography Shorthand in English with minimum speed 100 wpm in shorthand & 40 wpm typing speed on a computer. Due weightage will be given Law Graduate.	PB-3, Rs.8000-35,000/- + GP of Rs.4300/-

Age Limit: 

Lower age of candidates must be 18 years and maximum age should be 38 years as on the last date of receipt application form.

Relaxation in higher age limit is applicable 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates.

Selection Method: 

Stage 1:- Written exam on objective type & descriptive type questions (English & General Knowledge) = 50 Marks

Stage 2:- Stenography Test (Dictation and transcription) = 90 marks

Stage 3:- Viva-voce/Interview = 10 marks

Total = 150 marks
