Educational Qualifications: 

Candidates should have graduate degree from any recognized university with good academic record and having at least two years of cumulative marketing experience during the last ten years in an organization of repute. Persons with MBA with major in Marketing/Technical qualifications with specialization in marketing discipline in an organization of repute and experience in Market Research, Product development, sales, forecasting and planning in Fertilizers and Petrochemicals activities will have added advantage.

Scale of Salary: 

Appointed contenders for the post of Director (Marketing) will obtain Rs. 75000/- to Rs. 100000/- per month as salary from Fertilizers And Chemicals, Travancore Limited. He/ She will also be admissible for many allowances such as dearness allowance, house rent allowance, conveyance allowance and other benefits.

Way of Hiring:
